PolyCall founded in Tunis, Avenue Habib Bourguiba

5 agents, 1 French client, one conviction: customer relations can be a profession of excellence in Tunisia. Nearshore contracts from year one.

2017

First certification — ISO 9001

Quality management system in place. Dedicated audit by an accredited body.

2019

Expansion — 50 advisors

Floor scales up, momentum on the French market and diversified accounts.

2021

PolyCall 2 · ISO 18295-1 certification — 112 advisors

Move to Avenue Mohamed V (PolyCall 2). 112 advisors, ScrumMaster team structuring, large-scale multilingual operations begin. ISO 18295-1 certification obtained (customer contact centres).

2025

GENEIA founded · Move to Lac 3

Deep-tech subsidiary dedicated to AI R&D applied to customer relations. New headquarters at 40 rue Socrate, Les Berges du Lac 3, Cité Kheireddine · Le Kram.

2026

TYRIA launch · ISO 27001 · EcoVadis process

Proprietary AI ecosystem, 8 modules in production, 19 active AI flows, 151 API endpoints. ISO 27001 certification obtained (information security). EcoVadis CSR audit underway, structuring of the European nearshore offering.

Customer-relations architect. 21 years of experience in contact centres. Founder of PolyCall (2014) and GENEIA, its deep-tech subsidiary behind TYRIA. Convinced technology must serve people — not replace them.

My conviction has stayed the same since day one: a contact centre is first and foremost a human place, where service quality cannot exist without quality of work environment.
